We are positioning ourselves as the leaders in the DevOps community, by enabling development teams to easily adopt automation into their workflows in order to streamline processes and increase repeatability. Our tool allows any developer to create and implement workflow automations or Ops, across their entire team via a command line interface. This means any developer can contribute towards DevOps through a mix of custom-built and community-contributed workflow automation, regardless of their prior DevOps experience.

About the Role:

Our Technical Account Manager wears many hats including working closely with our internal teams of engineers, and product managers to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. This role plays a critical part in helping us scale our quickly growing business.

What You’ll Do:

* Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships for the account at all levels, including senior executives
* Discuss business strategies, understand and explain complex technical solutions, and leverage the CTO.ai Platform to meet client needs
* Provide guidance for accounts on how to best utilize the Platform throughout their organization, provide an escalation point for issues, and provide reporting to ensure customers’ confidence in the Platform.
* Support accounts through all stages of the sales cycle including the delivery of solution, training, and increase awareness to stimulate demand for the CTO.ai Platform
* Support various knowledge transfer activities to assigned accounts


About You:

* 3+ years of experience, in a technically oriented support role
* You must be comfortable communicating and discussing technical concepts with customers and peers.
* You have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
* You are able to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
* You demonstrate customer focus and advocacy
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* You can not walk away from a problem until you have solved it
* You don't depend on formal education to teach you what you need to know
* You like to work hard but appreciate that working smart is more important
* You are not afraid to get your hands dirty with both clients and internal technical teams
* You are self-motivated and have an insatiable desire to learn and improve the work you do
* You build trustful relationships with team members
