Are you an ambitious and goal orientated External Recruiter or Business Development Manager who excels at building relationships and engagement?

Are you passionate about AI, the Future of Work and driving change and impact at a global scale? We might have the perfect job for you!

We are looking for a Head of Recruiters Ecosystem (acting as ‘COO’) to join our Customer team and take on full responsibility for driving bottom-line growth by building relationships with external recruitment agencies and by driving value for our customers: job searchers, hiring managers/companies and Crowth! job hunters.

What you will be doing

1. Building a highly motivated and effective community of external recruiters aligned with Crowth!’s purpose that helps users in the platform find jobs/talent
2. Representing the Crowth! brand in conferences and meet ups and building a powerful network for Crowth!
3. Ensuring Crowth! delivers outstanding value and results to users to make it an epic job searching platform
4. Overseeing the production of videos/content to train and make people become better at identifying the perfect candidate for the perfect job
5. Working closely with growth hackers and the customer success teams to devise marketing strategies that drive results and contribute to customer success
6. Being a central part of Crowth!’s strategy and product development process by contributing with customer and recruitment market insight
7. Continually improving the delivery processes and methodology

Who you are/ what we are looking for
