Are you an ambitious and accomplished Sales manager looking for an opportunity to take on new challenges and advance your career?

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Customer dream team and take on full responsibility for driving bottom-line growth by building relationships and driving sales with the clients part of our ecosystem partners.

What you will be doing
1. Representing the Crowth! brand by building great relationships with partners and clients
2. Generating and negotiating deals, taking them through the funnel to closed, including onboarding clients. Achieving realistic sales targets
3. Attend conferences and meet ups to build a powerful network for Crowth!
4. Working closely with growth hackers and the customer success teams to devise marketing strategies that drive results
5. Continually improving processes and our sales methodology


Who are you/ what we are looking for
1. Excellent attitude, proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit and desire to influence the creation of an exciting, high growth potential & purpose driven business from scratch
2. Ambitious, driven to succeed, goal orientated, wants to grow with the company. Strong track record driving and closing deals
3. Natural communicator and influencer, sociable and bonds easily with others
4. Highly organised, focused and disciplined with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
5. Comfortable with technology and systems
