A Product Manager’s Role and Life at Engagifii
Product Managers at Engagifii are the support system of our Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams and the engine of the Development/R&D Teams. Our product managers ace juggling between product escalations from the leads of the various teams, while maintaining well-groomed product backlogs, product roadmaps and product vision documents, sprint plans and priorities and bringing the R&D Team up to speed on what needs to be developed and in what time frame through joint ideation.

Frequently floating between our two offices (Atlanta, US and Noida, India), our product managers help bring our teams from the two parts of the world together and also carry the charge of rallying everyone around quarterly new product releases.
Facilitate conversations between Business stakeholders, Quality assurance / testing teams, and software developers in an incremental, iterative fast-paced product development environment and reducing the reliance on extensive documentation and reducing the length of the feedback loop in product development projects
Responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group or client needs
Work closely with development team (Project manager and developers) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements
Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis
Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures
Author detailed product requirement specifications for engineering team in an agile development environment
Articulate requirements clearly in user stories and wireframe design
Participate in daily stand up and clarify requirements for engineering team
7-8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
MBA - not required, but good to have
Prior experience working with US
Proven track record of launching products
Proven track record of customer obsession
Strong analytical problem-solving experience
Proven ability to make smart feature (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs
Extremely results and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word. PowerPoint required
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools
Familiar with web-based systems and tools, database management tools, software applications and new age mobile applications in order to help drive digital product development.
Familiar with digital product development
Product management experience with CRMs would be a plus
Should be available to join in 30 days or less
