Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling end to end recruitment of different positions assigned
- Sourcing, screening, conducting the telephonic interview, and scheduling interviews with the hiring manager
- Posting jobs on different social media job portals
- Managing the candidates' tasks and task database
- Managing and coordinating with the hiring manager for the interviews
