What is the job?
We’re hiring a full-time Inside Sales Associate here at CovalentCareers to:
Increase revenue from leads within our inbound pipeline
Develop new business through prospecting new leads

This is a fantastic position to start your sales career. We provide all the training needed to be massively successful in the role, and incredible growth opportunities within the company. Training provided will be in the form of:

Understanding how to prospect new business
Understanding how to qualify leads
Understanding how to schedule follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Understanding how to manage phone conversations and educate clients to a purchase

What does it mean to be a successful Inside Sales Associate at CovalentCareers?
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR - someone who is able to crush goals and will be compensated for results.
Top applicants can earn upwards of $70,000 in their first year and grow into a “Director” level role.

What are the top 3 MUST HAVE qualities for our Sales Associate?

Passionate People Person. You are the type of person who THRIVES on human interaction. Whether it’s with candidates over phone/text/email/chat, etc. or in person with your team at the office, you operate best in environments where personal connections are your everyday norm.

Excellent Communication Skills. Let’s face it, sales is all about incredible communication with prospects. If you LOVE conveying information over phone, text, email, chat, and by using the latest software, this position is for you.

Goal Oriented. This position is about crushing goals. If you're not the type of person who loves the pursuit of a goal, this position is absolutely NOT for you! If, however, you are driven by setting and exceeding goals, you will thrive and be compensated well for your performance.

What are the core job duties of the successful Inside Sales Associate?
We provide you with all the support and technology that you need so you can focus on connecting with practices and crushing sales goals

Tasks that you will perform in your sales role include:
Generating sales from current leads
Perform prospecting activities for new business
Managing a sales pipeline
Increasing efficiencies within the current sales process

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Results-driven and motivated by compensation and recognition for results.
Proven success in sales or other metrics driven environment.
Ability to think creatively and come up with strategic solutions to achieve results.
Obsessed with achieving goals and developing your skills.
Career-oriented with a desire for advancement.

Base salary will vary depending on experience, and you stand to make a base salary that competes with some of the biggest players in San Diego.
