Areas of Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on technical support for the business IT and end-user environment including basic trouble-shooting.
* Responsible for processing of user registrations and training requirements. Respond to help desk generated tickets within defined timescales. Escalate unresolved or significant impact issues, whilst maintaining overall responsibility for the problem or activity.
* Responsible for production support for customers and product implementation with banks and other financial institutions.
* Work with the CTO and Product Manager in process planning and execution.
* Responsible for all new deployments and upgrades. Assist the team with project delivery and R&D tasks as and when the need arises
* Be willing to provide assistance with any other elements of IT support when required.
The Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
* 3-5 years in a client technical support role with a proven track record in delivering superior customer service in a corporate environment.
* Competency with scripting is a must - Javascript and Python.
* Experience on Amazon Web Services for managing servers.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
* Process oriented.
