The Role

About Us

Loop designs beautiful software for educators. We integrate K-12 school districts' operations into a single AI-enabled Suite with easy to use and advanced features that make teachers, students, and administrators feel ultra-productive.

We're not solving a small problem, and we're not addressing an easy market. We're technologists taking a crack at K-12 education. To start, we're making it 100x easier for educators to do their job.

But our ambition doesn't stop there. Next up: curriculum design, secondary education, student-focused products, and a lot more. We are re-shaping education one step at a time.

We're a small team and you're one of our first hires. Which means your impact will be massive. You'll deliver a beautiful platform into the hands of millions of students and educators across the world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Rapidly expand Loop's client base by generating leads and building relationships
  • Build and manage sales teams and maintain sales operations using a CRM
  • Outline and manage sales budgets
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting including quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Sales or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods in the K-12 EdTech market, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of competitive products and the K-12 market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills

Bonus Points

  • A large rolodex of K-12 school contacts
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

The Position

  • Starting Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
  • OTE: $300,000 - $500,000
  • Opportunity to earn shares of stock
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • $5,000 budget for workstation setup
  • Flexible Time Off
  • Reports to: CEO
