What you’ll be doing
- Rapidly expand Courseflow's client base by generating leads and building relationships
- Build and manage sales teams and maintain sales operations using a CRM
- Outline and manage sales budgets
- Provide detailed sales forecasting including quarterly and annual sales goals
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven work experience as an inside sales representative or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods in the K-12 EdTech market, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Strong working knowledge of competitive products and the K-12 market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills

- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
The Position
- Salary: $30k - $50k
- Commission: 20% - 50%
- Opportunity to earn shares of stock
