The coUrbanize team is growing again and we’re looking for a strong Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an equal parts strategist and executor, this role will touch all aspects of marketing from annual planning to strategic campaign design and copywriting and event planning.

coUrbanize is the only online community engagement solution purpose-built for real estate developers and municipal planners. Our mission is to help community members, planners and developers build better neighborhoods, and our impact can be seen on 400+ projects across North America. We work with transformative urban development projects like JBG Smith's Central District at Crystal City development, future site of Amazon HQ2; Boston Properties' Kendall Square redevelopment plan; and the City of Detroit's Sustainability Action Agenda. coUrbanize is one of BostInno's 19 Boston Startups to Watch in 2019 as well as a member of the 2019 GovTech 100.

Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing:
- Help to design the company’s lead generation and nurturing programs tailored for our primary markets and target buyers within each, including content creation.
- Manage the execution of all campaigns and programs from start to finish, including all communication between internal departments and our team of freelancers when appropriate.
- Supporting other marketing activities critical to the company’s growth, including new product launches, brand strategy, customer marketing, and corporate communications
- Monitor, analyze and communicate program performance against goals; recommend and implement ideas for improvement and application against future efforts.

Requirements – What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years at a B2B tech company or marketing agency; prop tech or commercial real estate experience is a plus
- A self-starter, excited by the potential to own what you do, you have the willingness to learn and adapt as needed
- A multi-tasker and connector, as well as an organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities
- A great writer, who can weave a compelling story across various mediums, formats, and copy lengths.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Salesforce and HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency and success with demand generation activities, including but not limited to email, webinars, events and conferences, and content marketing. Experience managing webinars is a plus.
