CoreALM is offering an Business Development and Sales Associate position with our Sales & Business Development team at our Palm Harbor/Tampa office. We are seeking energetic candidates that would like to take their "winning mindsets" and apply it to a rewarding sales career with our company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in various aspect of sales and business development while working for a company that provides consulting services for Fortune 500/1000 companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating new opportunities for the sales team via outbound emails and phone calls through lead channels (i.e webinar attendees, registrants, and other leads)
Researching accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Prospecting and develop lead source
Strong prospecting, networking, and business development skills
Maximizing sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Demonstrate eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help drive innovation
Working alongside marketing to suggest and develop strategies for outreach
Building online content and marketing campaigns

You must be flexible, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
You have experience working with CRM systems
You have a strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
You have strong listening and presentation skills
You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
Proven inside sales experience preferred
