Are you an expert Growth Marketer looking to help create a category-defining brand that improves the well being and lives and of our users? Do you love to form hypotheses, test, iterate, and scale things that work? We’re looking for a leader that can work closely with our CEO and CTO to take Coral from where it is today, to a known and respected brand, supported by a passionate community of users!

As the Growth Lead, you will own our user journey from first touch to account creation, driving the highest quality leads. Your aim is to build Coral's presence and thought leadership to deliver users that convert, with organic growth as the north star, supported by a solid PR, SEO and paid acquisition strategy. Your mission is to ensure that Coral is part of every conversation that people are having around intimacy and sexuality. Coral will become part of the sexuality landscape - an authority, guide and positive force.

You will:

● Architect Coral’s growth by driving new customer sign ups, revenue, and retention through organic (content, SEO, partnerships, influencers, PR, events), performance marketing across the full marketing funnel
○ Define marketing acquisition strategy
○ Define marketing metrics (KPIs) for Coral products such as cost per install, and cost per
○ Drive high volume, quality leads through organic channels and scale ROI positive traffic
through 1-2 performance marketing approaches
○ Collaborate on influencer partnerships, events, etc. (already underway)
● Build Coral's brand in-market strategy, working closely with the CEO and with the support of our advisors
● Oversee the execution of Coral's PR and social media strategy
● Hire and lead a highly functioning marketing team across Content/SEO, Brand, Performance,
CRM, Communications/PR

You have:

● 6+ years high performance growth marketing experience for a tech product, including demonstrated value creation. We’re looking for people that are curious and want to do and own more
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Empathy - for the emotional state of our target users
● A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

You are:

● Highly innovative and inventive - comfortable using a wide variety of mediums and techniques
● Self-motivated and directed
● Conscious of the interdependency of your work with product: your strategy and Coral's product
goals are in lock-step
● Ambitious - you want more than just a job - you want to create scalable social impact and are
motivated by the opportunities and challenges of an early stage company
● Passionate about sexuality, wellness, psychology and/or social justice

Coral was created to help you achieve your best intimate life through a mix of science, stories and practical exercises created by experts, curated for you. In adults aged 18-34, changes in sexual frequency can account for almost 100 percent of the decline in happiness since 2014. Nearly 50% of people in relationships are bored with their sex lives, and 38% of women don’t want sex as much as they wish they did. Without the proper language to communicate these struggles or the tools to effectively resolve them, many people are resigned to thinking their sex life has plateaued.
