You will be joining Contentsquare's Openness Team.

This team has two facets.

  • First, it is in charge of all integrations between our solution and external applications, by providing rest APIs and Javascript snippets. Those external applications can be used as producers when they enrich our datas (Voice of customer, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, …) or as consumers (BI Tools, Benchmark, …). You'll be in charge of helping our support and our customers to find the root causes of data loss or errors in this complex flow of external and internal datas. This will require understanding the whole stack of ContentSquare, deep investigations, PII handling, and working with different stakeholders to bring fast resolution. You'll have to work with rest apis, client-side Javascript snippets, nodejs servers, scala backends, postgresql and clickhouse databases and many more in our multi cloud environment. You will have to develop custom connectors to external applications.

In addition to the integrations, this team is in charge of the authentication of our employees and customers. We have complex SSO integrations between our own SAML solutions and our customers that need difficult configuration. You'll be in charge of helping our support and customers.

Last but not least you'll have to develop some tools to automate some back office tasks (migrating users, deleting users, ...).
You'll need to be very curious, rigorous and eager to learn new technologies.
You'll have some knowledge of SSO / SAML / Security and at least have a first experience working with Javascript.
