Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, self-motivated, individual with a passion for social advertising design and mobile app marketing with a minimum 2-3 years of creative content experience, preferably in the entertainment, mobile app or online advertising agency industries.

The Junior Creative Director will be responsible for writing effective and meaningful creative brief content for our client’s brands, as well as creating visual guides for motion graphics.

Candidate will be expected to work both autonomously, with limited supervision, and collaboratively with other team members, demonstrating a commitment toward shared goals and a willingness to take initiative.


CREATIVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Passion for social advertising and mobile app marketing.
Working knowledge of film and 2D/3D animation pipelines and language.
Strong writing background, including conceptual and creative writing experience for advertising and or film/television.
Storyboarding/Visual storytelling skills a plus
Keen sense of tone of voice and how to write consistently for a brand.
Copywriting experience.
Be prepared to produce fresh and quality content daily.
Experience working on short-timeline, fast-paced projects.
Collaborate Creative Director and Creative Team on all accounts.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines.
Strong ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to research and analyze trending and competitive content within the industry and stay up to date on the latest content marketing trends along with key audience segments.
Ability to maintain client relations and see that clients receive unsurpassed service and are well informed throughout the project.
Ability to identify marketing goals, develop marketing strategies and tactics to obtain goals, implement and measure effectiveness of those tactics, and then adjust as needed based upon metrics.
Video conferencing with clients on a regular basis as needed.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and continually develop client’s strategic communication plans based on analytics insights.
Ability to generate creative histories and perform creative audits looking for issues and opportunities with creative testing.
Help with asset management including design versioning, references, style guides, and organization of assets received from and delivered to clients, as well as requesting additional assets from clients.
Use our proprietary software, Creative Studio, for resource planning and project management.
Communicate with Company via email, phone, Slack (chat) and Creative Studio.
Knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
