Responsibilities:

Work closely with the production management team to ensure production goals are met.
Review briefs in detail; setup working After Effects files for editors/animators; identify and assign assets needed.
Ensure marketing creatives (videos) meet brand expectations and style guidelines.
Understand and execute on client feedback and/or team notes to achieve the desired end product.
Organize assets folders from clients.
Clarify questions about brief instructions during the production process.
Keep track of the video delivery rates on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English
2 years minimum industry experience
2 years minimum managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Understanding and working knowledge of social media trends and marketing tactics
Working knowledge of film and 2D/3D animation pipelines and language.
Working knowledge of technical requirements for various creative asset types (static, video, gif, 3D, etc.)
Strong organization skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects with competing schedules.
Experience working on short-timeline, fast-paced projects.
Collaborate Creative Director and Creative Team on all accounts.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated success engaging in problem-solving techniques
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Dropbox and Google Drive
