Sales Development Representative

Assist with sales and outreach campaigns

Prepare, analyze and monitor enrollment trends in all lines of business; this will be an integral function to ensure that our growth is being tracked and continuous growth is achieved.

Review and track all membership and develop and implement effective marketing plans to grow membership.

Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with all contracted providers.

Support internal departments (operations, contracting, marketing, and finance) to manage the provider’s performance

Analyzes needs of the customer to develop future growth

Delivers exceptional customer service to providers especially in resolving issues like eligibility, claims and capitation payments

Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum of BA/BS degree or at least 2-5 years of SDR experience with an emphasis on Provider Relations, Business Development or any business degree/background;
Excellent oral and writing skills characterized by the ability to communicate effectively with varying audiences
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizing and planning skill
Proficiency in electronic calendaring
Proven PC skills – Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
May be required to work overtime to meet tight deadlines
Customer service experience a plus
Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously.


This position is a remote position and is 100% commission-based, the right person will be able to make in excess of $80,000 per year
