About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you'll own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close. This is a high dynamic role in which you will introduce growth marketing concepts to customers, building Constellation’s business and establishing the client’s marketing goals. Typical sales will involve generating proposals, engaging with multiple stakeholders, pricing, and negotiating with C-level executives. In this role, you are responsible for selling Constellation’s services and selling to executives.

This role includes lead generation, managing clients, generating project proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with a team of experts to ensure proper project pricing and scoping. You will report directly to the company’s CEO, who runs revenue.

Here are some of the things you’ll get to do:

You will handle inbound leads and outbound prospecting to fill your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities
You will consistently achieve revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a successful close
You will use your creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new vertical markets.
As part of the sales team, you will contribute directly to the success and growth of the company
You will be responsible for tracking all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot.

Required Experience:

3+ years of Marketing sales experience in a hunting role
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
Experience handling and owning mid-large deal sizes
Willing and comfortable with strategic Growth Marketing prospecting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to close
