Product Specialist

We are looking to hire a smart product specialist who is passionate about using technology to solve user problems. You will engage with our leads to provide product demos and clarity on the features & solutions available. You will also setup customer accounts and provide it to the onboarding/sales team for sharing with the customers. You will also collaborate with development, sales and support teams to ensure that word gets out to people and they learn from customer requirement.



Responsibilities

Proficient in giving product demos using Skype, Webex, Hangouts etc.
Explain product features basis prospect requirements.
Use real-life example to relate demos with the customers business.
Respond to all queries related to product features.
Setup and deliver product demos as per promised customer schedule
Should be focussed on enhancing & lead conversion with the demo experience
Should carry out timely and accurate setup of enterprise customer accounts
Create and own the process of making product docs etc.
Identify product improvements / propose new features
Understand user behavior for software features
Requirement

Should have proficiency in product features and is able to present them to customers.
Should have a clear understanding of how modern softwares work and their functionality.
Self driven person who has the ability to learn new things.
Two or more years experience in a product support / product backend or similar role
Have strong presentation skills
Ability to think creative and solve problem
Should have excellent presentation skills

Eager to add value to the user experience
Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
Prior experience in development will be a plus
