Accountability Description / Methodology Service Level Monitoring and Tracking of the Fleet Arrange the vehicle placements as per the Indent Visibility of information on the ERP/ IMS per the Indents placed for FTL/PTL/C Distribution of Data Input tasks and monitoring its availability in real time. Proactive information to the central team on incidents and critical updates. Verbal and Written Communication emails -1 hour interim and 6 hours final resolution. MIS & Trend mapping of Supplies, Suppliers and Indents raised Relationship Build strong relationships with the Divers and Fleet Staff to foster trust Indent Completion and Compliance. Projection of all Service Levels on a Monthly basis through scheduled Placement reviews Reviewing of decisions and its implementation Execution of remedial and corrective action ( CAPA) Knowledge of Driver Hiring.
