About the role and your impact:
At community, our customers are at the center of everything we do. As one of the first Account Managers, you will play a foundational role in building and driving the entire post-sales relationship and increasing sustainable proven value for both our customers and our company. You'll establish a trusted advisor relationship with each of our customers and invest time to understand their audience, brand, and vision. You will be the voice of our customers internally and your insights will influence our roadmap and ultimately drive our product forward.
What you'll do:
- Wear a variety of hats! You'll be part creative consultant, project manager, and product expert, and work collaboratively across all departments internally
- Engage 1:1 with our customers to develop unique, innovative and strategic ways for them to connect with their audience(s)
- Help us uncover and mitigate risks that might threaten customer growth

What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a high touch customer facing role (preferably within a startup or digital agency)
- EXCELLENT communicator (written + verbal) with strong social skills
- A grasp of the modern social landscape
- The ability to handle pressure with ease. When a stressful situation arises, you keep your cool and deploy empathy
