Lead Sales Associate

Colonii is seeking a Lead Sales Associate and you’ll be responsible for driving revenue that allows Colonii to continue to grow, scale, and change lives. The Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage and respond to prospective sellers and businesses within our platform and potential new sellers and businesses efficiently
• Research prospective members in your pipeline and develop tailored sales pitches to meet their needs, ensuring all follow-up and closing requirements are addressed
• Develop and implement lead generation and sales conversion strategies
• Connect with local conventions and attend networking events to promote Colonii and identify potential sellers
• Prepare daily and weekly overviews of prospective sellers for the Colonii Team; share this information during daily stand ups and daily sales calls
• Develop relationships with registered sellers and proactively gather information on their needs to identify Colonii services that could help them achieve their goals
• Work with local businesses to develop enrollment partnerships by conveying the value of investing in their employees
• Comfort in managing pipeline through Salesforce and other platforms
• Host online and lead in-person info sessions to convert sales
• Some cold calling and email campaigns


Requirements:
2-3 years proven experience in consultative sales, consumer sales, or enterprise sales/partnerships
• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Competitive personality ideal
• Exceptional closing skills while still be welcoming, understanding, and empathetic
• Financial literacy and business operations experience a plus
• Goal-oriented with experience exceeding quotas and driving for results in a target-driven environment
• Able to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally
• Ability to tie an individual’s wants and needs into a logical solution
• Confidence pitching to in both 1:1 and large group situations
• Be willing to adjust course when appropriate new ideas or objections are raised
