UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a San Francisco based Designer for a full- or part-time contract-to-hire role. Occasional travel (2-3x/year) to our Cebu, Philippines office may be required.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to articulate and develop all aspects of User Interface across our product offering. You will work at the heart of a cross-functional function spanning Product, Marketing and Engineering, to build products that are functional to use, beautiful to see, and solidly coded. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software, and is skilled with every step of the design process.

Create wireframes, graphic mock-ups and prototypes
Contribute to our design system's documentation and evolution
Deal with markup, responsive design and browser limitations
Bring new insights to the team and find ways to implement them
Improve the efficiency and technical offering of our products and our development process
Stay current on trends and technologies related to desktop and mobile applications
Provide feedback and solutions to improve our products’ UX/UI
Manage the complete redesign of our existing website, including incorporation of our newest product
Manage a team of designers based in our Cebu, Philippines office


4+ years of professional design experience, including experience with Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Photoshop, and/or Adobe XD, etc.
Have a portfolio consisting of at least 3 major projects, or several smaller ones
Experience working with SaaS companies and in fast-growing startups
Are data-driven, and be able to back up your assertions with data;
Are very evidently passionate about design - you regularly attend meetups, or maybe even blog about your work;
Have a user-first attitude, and elevate the user's voice in internal decision making, to ensure we consistently deliver a user-centric culture;
Are demonstrably able to solve problems of complexity through smart design;


Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS grids, WordPress, and Hubspot
Expertise in using HTML to template newsletters


This is a contract-to-hire position based in our SoMa San Francisco office. Due to software requirements, a Mac computer is mandatory for this position.
