CoHo is a tech-enabled platform pioneering the concept of co-living spaces in India with its managed apartments and villas for a hassle-free living experience to the millennials. It provides managed rental accommodations for young professionals and students in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.

CoHo provides ready-to-move-in shared accommodations with all services for hassle-free living like housekeeping, WiFi, DTH Cable, repairs & maintenance, etc. Besides these, there are provisions for self-help amenities like smart locks, fully-automatic washing machines for laundry, ironing facilities, microwave and induction oven, fridge, tea/coffee machine, etc.
The online concierge in the resident app makes sure the services are available easily for the digital-native generation.


The Role

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Community team for 12 week internship, willing to start at the earliest. Community interns will contribute to being the ‘face’ of CoHo Community operations and create a welcoming and collaborative community environment for residents and staff under the guidance of the Community Manager.

The Community team ensures that all community engagements are operational and running smoothly as well drive growth and promotion amongst CoHo’s service offerings.


Responsibilities

Community Engagement Events –
• Curating and executing new events to bring CoHo residents together and creating a sense of community building
• An endless appetite for networking and communicating with people
• Digital Marketing and Content Creation
• Extensive experience in creating extraordinary digital communications and impactful promotional campaigns for the events channelled through a flair of creativity

In addition to the above, you shall also be expected to:

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a blazing hustle for bringing new ideas to the table every now and then
• Effectively manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Demonstrate personal accountability, constructive thinking, and emotional intelligence
• Know your way around money and master the budgets for the community events

Qualifications –

• Prior experience - developing community engagement programs is highly desirable
• Right Attitude
• Intent to learn in a start-up environment
• Fun Loving - We strive to be highly outcome-oriented and yet have fun while achieving goals
