Job Description
○ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
○ Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
○ Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/software development services
○ Engage potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
○ Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization
○ Research and build relationships with new clients and regular follow-ups with the prospects
○ Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals
○ Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives
○ Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system
○ Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
○ Recruiting and leading a team of Business Development/Inside Sales associates
● Qualifications
○ Requires a bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in IT business development, cold calling and international sales.
○ Passionate towards cold calling, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently.
○ Fix appointments for corporate presentations.
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
○ Working knowledge on LinkedIn for new leads & stakeholders.
● Other Skills:
○ Good Communication, Networking, Prospecting, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, CRM and Microsoft Office.
Should be comfortable working in EST time Zone.
