The Role

Experience – 5 to 8 years
CTC : 12 lacs to 20 lacs

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, developing, managing, and closing of Large Deals in business opportunities within existing and new customers
  • Lead, train, develop & motivate teams ensuring their career development & positive contribution to company & an expert in controlling attrition level
  • Extensive experience on presales and blueprint development activity as well as working with the development and consulting teams to sell and deliver
  • Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets. Identify key customer needs through research, web and in person meetings
  • Sales Revenue closures by Cold calling and Emails & Social Media campaign, Web Conferencing/VC calls.
  • Identify, design, develop and implement strategic account based marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company's mission
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Develop an Enterprise Account Plan with a value proposition for each enterprise account. As part of this Account plan, work with the Implementation and Operations teams to develop a success roadmap for each customer, working closely with the delivery team to proactively ensure success, and ensure that the customer sees ROI and is referenceable. Drive the execution of that plan to succeed globally within the account.
  • Responsible for sales process enhancements, sales training and pipeline management in CRM and sales forecasting
  • Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired quota/targets with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to build pipeline
  • Monitoring competitive activity and also assisting in new product development and innovation by developing an understanding of the needs of the market participants
  • Define and facilitate Effective Customer Onboarding, Account Planning, customer marketing plans, cross sell campaigns, Customer Advocacy and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Generating leads from Events through networking/Webinar
  • Burning desire to make a serious impact and being able to close a larger volume of deals.

Expected Qualifications and Past Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA desired
  • 8+ years experience in Sales/Business Development in SaaS/IT Software/Enterprise/Corporate - Sales
  • Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership. Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated track record of building business & experience in managing large strategic account in a B2B environment as well as developing new clients/ markets, thereby expanding the customer base
  • Hardcore B2B SaaS Sales Experience for minimum 3 years.
  • Fearless selling to strive in a competitive environment.
  • Experience with Sales Productivity technologies is preferred
  • Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals.
  • Ability to communicate confidently at the C-level to build meaningful internal and external relationships in business organizations
  • Ability to identify enterprise client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.
  • History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to run entire sales cycle independently
  • Strong Analytical skills for assessing data and market trends
  • Strategic thinker balanced with a grasp of details
  • Possess reliable problem-solving ability
  • Develop Key Strategic customer relationship management and maintaining customer lifetime value & profitability over the period and crusading for customer satisfaction
  • Build a high performance team by recruiting, training & retaining the best talent. Coach, develop & motivate to achieve the assigned targets
