The Role

Description
We are Codejudge, a tech startup on a mission to make hiring of software developers easier, faster and effective using our cutting-edge and niche technology which assesses candidates on real world micro-projects.

In India, we are expanding rapidly and already work with over 20 clients including Udaan, Zeta and several others.

2021 is going to be big
As a company we have big plans, to continue our expansion and growth in India, but also launching our platform in the US in the coming month. We want to build a brand which becomes the de-facto standard for assessing software developers.

Requirements
We are looking for a Senior B2B Digital Marketing Lead with strong commercial acumen to own our Digital Strategy. You’ll be responsible for defining our digital channel mix and executing our digital strategy to drive growth, supporting strategic objectives.

You will work closely with Sales, GTM Operations and Product to define a commercial, data-driven B2B Digital Marketing strategy. Your ultimate aim will be to increase the revenue contribution from marketing paid channels, by growing the size of our addressable audience and converting high quality leads from our high value audience segments.

In this role you will

  • Build foundations for spend (infrastructure and strategy, early performance indicators)
  • Define strategy and budgeting pitch for spend across B2B
  • Be able to establish Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing Pipeline.
  • Define the digital channel mix, its execution and testing. To be specific: PPC, Programmatic (including social) and affiliate.
  • Work to build a performance marketing across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation
  • Use a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels
  • Work with GTM Sales Operations, Tech and Product to integrate marketing technology and tools needed to drive efficiencies
  • Work with the marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, from strategy through to execution and optimisation. (Have used some/all: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads and Linkedin Ads)
  • A data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen
  • Comfortable with producing excel sheet reports and formulas
  • As an inbound specialist, experience with working with product and UX teams
  • An understanding of SEO, SEM and Marketing Technology, AB testing tools
  • Familiarity with marketing to B2B audiences
  • Ability to lead on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Interest for creative and brand
  • Led a innovate new marketing function or new media format
  • Have experience in commercial partnerships and brokering media deals
  • Have owned or managed websites or products, like apps etc (agency experience or client-side)
  • Understanding of CRM
  • Experience working with the CMS tool, Prismic
  • Experience in SQL and BI tools like Tableau
