Cloud Campaign is a social media marketing platform designed specifically for digital agencies. The platform is double-faceted in that it increases an agency's productivity for internal operations while strengthening the client-agency relationship.

We are looking for a highly driven and organized individual to lead customer success at Cloud Campaign. You will be interacting directly with our clients to better understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals using our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Influencing customer lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction

- Establish and train customers on the use of best practices with the platform to increase client ROI and decrease churn.

- Become a Cloud Campaign product expert and educate users on how to best use Cloud Campaign based on their business needs

- Create Best Practice and Product Adoption training content to drive agency efficiency and adoption

- Monitor agency usage to catch early indicators of churn and reengage them.

- Perform initial training and onboarding of new customers to make sure they are activated and using the platform properly.

- Build a team to ensure the highest quality of customer support for customers while maintaining brand consistency and positive outcomes.

- Work directly with the product team to remediate issues and improve the UX to build a more intuitive product.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in customer service
- Leadership experience growing a team
- In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing space
- Previous experience working with or at a marketing agency is a major plus
- Relevant experience in SaaS/Software, Account Management/Sales
- Basic Proficiciencies with CRM tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
- Comfortability on video calls and interacting with clients

This job is based in Portland, OR and compensation is dependent upon experience. Travel is not required. Position starts with a 90-day trial period
