You will work with our technical team of systems engineers, solution architects and project managers to deliver full project life cycle services to our customers. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and uncovering leads.

Cold calling is not for the faint of hearts, but when prepared and executed correctly it is a very rewarding task both monetary wise and personal development. CNS will provide a path for you to achieve both!

You will maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders, stay on top of urgent needs to major projects. You will consistently engaging and educate customers by phone and by email, while also getting the opportunity to meet customer face to face with a senior resource. Above delivering exceptional customer service and crushing sales quotas, your mission is to sustain and diversify a customer’s investment with CNS.

As an Inside Sales Account Rep, you will have the opportunity to learn about new technologies, business transformations and trends. You will have the opportunity to network with major technology providers and customers to connecting the dots between the customers vision and cutting edge technology.

An ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to excel in Cold Calling in pursuit of new business.
• Finding unique approaches to hitting your on-target quote.
• Be excited to learning about the ever-changing world of enterprise
• technology and grasping technology concepts.
• Be full of confidence and business acumen, with exceptional written,
verbal and presentation skills. Professionalism is a must.
• Not afraid to break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome
challenges with customers and team members.
• An effective, metric-driven sales person with a proven track record of
success
• Have 1 to 3 years of sales or retail experience and a post-
secondary education (University preferred).
