Sales Operations Manager (& serving Zendesk Administrator)
Duration Full-Time

Clipboard Health is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager hire to help manage our Zendesk Org.’s (both Zendesk Sell & Support) and to improve current processes & innovate with new ones.

You will report directly to Management Staff and the future, Director of Sales.
The ideal candidate has prior management skills, a high-understanding of CRM Administration, impeccable writing skills, analytics and reporting expertise and an understanding of creating efficient processes.

What You'll Do
Administer the use of Zendesk (both Zendesk Sell and Zendesk Support) to optimize the effectiveness of Client-Facing teams
Manage a queue of internal customization requests, prioritizing against evolving business priorities
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical performance issues
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes
Maintain an expert-level understanding of all Zendesk enhancements and releases
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficiency and cross-functional alignment as we build and scale
Support a culture of continuous improvement to continually raise the bar of execution
Help teammates pull metrics
Constantly make configuration improvements
The primary liaise between us and Zendesk Corporate

What You'll Need
5+ years of system or application administration and 2+ years of Zendesk administration experience. Zendesk Support Admin Certification highly preferred.
BA/BS degree required
Proven ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to solve practical business problems
Proven project management, process improvement, multitasking & prioritization skills
Experience working with rules and Zendesk Triggers
Experience identifying poor workflows then recommending and implementing improvements
Experience using tags within Zendesk to bring upon insights
Experience pulling reports and gaining insight from reports that drive business action
Experience showcasing & pushing adoption of new product releases
Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized

Nice to have: Working knowledge of Developer tools including Zapier, Zendesk SDK and APIs
Nice to have: Experience with Zendesk Support Explore, Guide & Chat
Nice to have: Experience with Mailchimp integration into a CRM
