The Role

Does redefining a billion dollar industry sound like fun?

We are adding a full-time customer success associate to our Vancouver office. This customer success associate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and supports to our restaurant partners in Vancouver. This role is our first customer success hire as we enter this mode of growth, this role has unlimited potential for growth and development.

About ClickDishes:
The first social food ordering app, makes takeout food made easier, where you can order and pay seamlessly in-app and skip the line and get your food faster, and also be rewarded from the orders. We aim to improve the experience when people ordering food and link people together when ordering.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ClickDishes products, industry, and services.
- Be the primary point of contact for restaurant clients.
- Build strong relationship with ClickDishes clients and handle the client service upgrading.
- Train, and launch new restaurant clients
- Provide technical and product support to our clients
- Act as a reliable, strategic resource that our user base can trust and look to for answers on demand.
- Own customer retention, handling customer renewals and cancellations.
- Proactively offer advice, marketing support and ideas to our restaurant partners to help them thrive with their mobile order ahead technology use.
- Find creative ways to nurture existing relationships.
- Work closely with our development team to relay any customer feedback

Qualifications:
- You’ve worked in a customer-facing role for a SaaS company for 1+ years
- You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and command a presence in presentations.
- Experience within the restaurant/hospitality industry is considered an asset
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail

Bouns:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication or equivalent combinations of education and experience will be preferred
- Experience in a fast-growing start-up
- Ability to take initiative without the need for direct authority
- Ability to speak a second language
