In the past year we’ve scaled the team from 6 to 34, launched in North America, closed a $10m Series A led by Balderton Capital, and scaled to over 1,000,000 users. We’re building a world-leading team as we grow, driving us toward 10 million users over the coming 12-18 months. You’ll take the lead in driving our forward-thinking, engaged and ambitious team forward, globally

We’re looking for an awesome Lead Recruiter, who will work directly with our Head of Talent and business leaders to scale our team and build our hiring strategy, tooling and execution to find top talent

You will be liaising with technical leads, recruiters and founders to build talent pools across multiple disciplines, using innovative sourcing techniques and a winning qualification process that will shortlist the most qualified candidates

Some of the things you'll get involved with:

* Build Cleo AI’s engineering talent funnels by partnering with hiring managers who will have a brief of the “ideal profile”
* Set the right sourcing strategy to create strong pipelines (Linkedin Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, Stackoverflow, Recruitem etc..)
* Work closely with Hiring Leads to continuously improve Cleo’s technical hiring strategy and process
* Building fun, engaging and individual recruitment copy as part of the outreach campaigns to engage with high calibre candidates
* Improving hiring metrics to adopt a data driven approach to identifying strengths and weaknesses within hiring funnels for continuous improvement
* Improving our approach to Diversity and Inclusion
* Provide a flawless and positive candidate experience


What are we looking for?

* You'll have at least 3 years recruiting experience, ideally with technical roles
* Deep technical recruitment recruiting experience within fast growing startups / scaleups (or larger tech companies)
* Experience working for a hypergrowth organisation where you have hands on contributed to the growth
* Solid understanding and passion for the tech scene (engineering talent, communities, brand development, university partnerships etc.)
* We are seeking a genuine people person, who can build solid relationships with candidates and internal teams
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for what Cleo is doing, and where the company is going
