Help us scale and grow a super client support team - design the process flow, tools and client support culture at ClearGlass. You will be dealing with sophisticated professionals in the financial services industry and would need to understand the product and technicalities behind it - but if you enjoy the role I am sure we can work together towards mastering the other aspects.

Responsibilities
Design process flow and automate as much as possible to reduce manual work
Work with engineering team to automate
Top notch service and minimum lead time of delivery
Learn the technical details behind what we do in order to ensure better delivery
