Graphic Designer

•Designing for marketing and product communication across various digital and offline touchpoints.
•Comfortable handling creative execution across UI/UX, e-mails, web pages, app notifications, social media, banners, videos, GIFs, infographics and print mediums.
•Should be able to think of conceptualize logo units, colour palettes & brand elements.
•Candidate must be creative, innovative and able to provide original concepts and designs.
•Should be able to ideate and convert briefs into creative visuals. Responsible for visualizing, conceptualizing and executing designs.
•Work in collaboration with functional teams to understand briefs/ strategies and effectively execute the design requirements.
•Have the capability to operate independently and efficiently with increased levels of self-initiative
•A keen and critical eye for design for the purpose of aesthetic benchmarking and quality control
•Not only create visually appealing designs but also cognitively engaging ones
•Operate on multi-level design strata and be best buddies with more than one design medium be it print, digital, animation, advertising and more. A horizontal, to all verticals.
•Should be able to think out of the box and should be well versed with the latest trends.
•Great comprehension and expression of graphic design.
•Proficient and remains up-to-date with graphic software tools and equipment required of the position.
