ClauseBase provides contract drafting software for large and medium-sized law firms and in-house legal departments worldwide.

We are looking for legal interns interested in gaining a fresh perspective on the way contracts should be drafted and who want to experience the fast-paced life of a legal tech startup company.

As an intern with ClauseBase, you will be responsible for the following:

- uploading clauses and templates to the clause and document libraries of ClauseBase clients;
- adding intelligence to these clauses and templates using the ClauseBase software;
- providing support to clients using the ClauseBase platform;
- assisting in business development by writing articles and blog posts related to contract drafting; and
- optimizing manual documentation.

To perform these tasks, you will be taught how to work with the ClauseBase software. No programming skills are required, as ClauseBase is a product by lawyers, for lawyers.

This is a unique opportunity for law students interested in exploring a less traditional legal career path or who are interested in contracts and want to be exposed to the contract drafting skills of some of the best attorneys and in-house legal counsels worldwide.

Ideally, you will have some prior experience with contracts and contract drafting, and a healthy dose of curiosity regarding technology and its place in the legal profession.

ClauseBase will reimburse any travel expenses incurred. Remuneration to be discussed on ad hoc basis.
