In this position, you will assist the implementation of Clare.AI’s AI interaction management solutions for some of the largest enterprises in the world.

You’ll be required to interact with both technical experts and senior managers; analyze business requirements; analyze client available data and determine quality; validate technical decisions to meet project objectives; bridge between client IT, business and Clare.AI’s internal teams; manage the implementation lifecycle and ensure the project meets deadlines.

You will have a direct impact on thousands and eventually millions of individuals to have the ability to communicate with enterprises in their local languages and get response 24/7. This a role with great exposure that would help you build ownership and expertise in this competitive and much-needed domain in the coming 10 years.

Role & Responsibility

  • Configuration of the admin panel to fit client’s business objectives, including creation of intent, entities, and dialog flows
  • Collect, understand, and analyse client’s requirements and document it - whether it is application, frontend, admin panel, NLU or external system
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to define and execute on the overall scope of each project
  • Create, maintain and report on detailed project plans highlighting milestones, dates, and dependencies
  • Ensuring the on-going executing of projects including meetings, issue tracking and management, and scope control
  • Testing for the custom work or bugs that client have raised
  • Responsible for following through UAT Testing

Qualification & Skills
Minimum 1 year experience running implementation projects where enterprise software is being deployed inside a large financial institution or insurance company
Relevant education: Project Management certification; Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent background in programming.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly on troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Bonus if -
Multilingual speaker (including Japanese, Mandarin, Korean)
Business/Data analysis experience
Usage of Youtrack as issue management tool
Financial industry experience (retail banking, credit card, insurance)
Any experience with AI, NLP or Speech Recognition
