The Role

Do you have a background in marketing and event planning? Do you crush logistics, coordination, and project management and excel in situations that require close attention to detail and lots of interpersonal communication? If so, we're looking for an Event Coordinator just like you to join our marketing team! As our new Event Coordinator, you will be the primary logistics, communication, and technical support person for all field marketing events, as well as assist with the coordination of tradeshows, roadshows, and our annual conferences.

What you'll do:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, as well as be organized, independent, and thrive in a support-focused position. Our events play a huge role in generating sales leads and you will be an integral part in their success. Your creative input and client interactions will help set Clarabridge apart as a polished, inventive, and passionate software company leading the field of Customer Experience Management.

  • Coordination and execution of all regional field marketing events
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of all tradeshows, roadshows, and annual conferences
  • Ensure alignment and communication between all involved departments, set up planning meetings, identify priorities and work towards agreed upon goals and budget for all shows and events
  • Coordinate all aspects of event registration, event shipments, and product inventory
  • Coordinate with outside venues and vendors
  • Assist in creative development including creating and proofing marketing copy and creative collateral
  • Coordinate with team members all pre-show and post-show promotional activities, including e-blasts, press releases and website updates

About you:

  • You have marketing or event planning experience
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important
  • You have a strong attention to detail
  • You are very organized, customer-focused, supportive, and helpful
  • You are comfortable and professional when interacting with clients, onsite staffing, and representing the voice of Clarabridge to the general public
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial, highly dynamic culture
  • You are articulate with a high level of business acumen
