As a fast-growing technology start up, we are seeking a high-energy, stellar marketing and business development professional who can be our future CMO. You will be hands-on, with your sleeves rolled up doing whatever-it-takes. You’ll work directly with the CEO on strategies, have an active role in creating and attaining short and long-term goals, and help increase Cirkled In revenue and customer base. You have:
- Prior marketing and business development experience in a technology company. (Experience in EdTech is a plus)
- A 4-year college degree (a master’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent business acumen and business sense with proficiency in a CRM (preferably HubSpot), email campaigns, marketing collateral creation etc.
- Exceptional execution skills.
- Ability to work on a fast-paced, highly energetic team while successfully navigating ambiguity and individual responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills including PowerPoint, conference presentations and booth management

Responsibilities:
• Design, execute and measure marketing and business strategies that feed overall company objectives.
• Own the business development efforts and grow Cirkled in to be the de-facto platform for college recruitment.
• Cultivate relations with high schools and colleges and have Cirkled In adopted as the only digital portfolio platform for its students.
• Nurture interested leads acquired through inbound marketing such as conference, inbound inquiries etc. and lead them to next stage of marketing/ sales funnel.
• Use social media and marketing automation tool (like HubSpot) for brand awareness, evangelism and influencer marketing**
