Circle It is a creative agency based in Bengaluru, India. We provide all kinds of marketing and branding services which creates a base to a brand.Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Development Executive to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis, creating business proposals and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals, quotes and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, marketing or a relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Experience dealing with international markets
