Cinelytic is an AI driven online platform that enables entertainment industry professionals to make faster and better-informed decisions about packaging, financing, producing, distributing and marketing of content.

We provide comprehensive data, predictive analytics, risk management and project management tools in an integrated, easy-to-use online system that enables our clients to develop, produce, finance and market content that will resonate with the audience.

We're looking for an rockstar candidate with SaaS experience to support operations and sales at Cinelytic.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated and entrepreneurially minded candidate based in Los Angeles to join our company at an early stage in a varied, dynamic role with tons of growth potential.

Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with out LA based team to support operations, sales, marketing and product development.

What You'll Do

  • Support management in daily operations in variable role with tasks that can vary from researching and analyzing data to producing actionable insights and supporting company administration & organization. • Support all sales functions, including prospecting, identifying sales opportunities, new client communication, demos, onboarding, closing, customer service, contracting, and client management. Aid with go-to-market strategy development and implementation. • Assist marketing with production of marketing collateral and implementation of campaigns, which includes tracking of all associated analytics and metrics. • Support Customer Success infrastructure and performance management process using relevant cloud technology platforms and applications (CRM, etc.) • Coordinate Cinelytic branded events. Assist with planning and organization as well as be available at events and be the go to problem solver. When it comes to helping the only answer is where and when. • Solve strategic and operational problems and identify key insights.

You have:

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy or similar capacity in SaaS environment
• General business acumen and analytical skills, preferably gained from experience in management consulting or finance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
• Advertising agency background a plus
• Highly developed organizational, time management, and planning skills; top tier verbal and written communication skills within and between teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing company where there are more opportunities than time
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, autonomously managing diverse responsibilities and projects

You are:

• Passionate about working for an early stage technology start-up, with an interest in Film, Television and creative industries
• Tech savvy, Mac literate with proficiency in Keynote, Google Apps, Salesforce (CRM), Hubspot (or similar marketing platform), and intermediate / advanced Excel skills
• Entrepreneurial yet process driven, with a problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team, with excellent communication and presentation skills
