You must have experience in building the pipeline. We want you to earn trust, kick start new relationships, and work closely with the team to make Cialfo the essential partner for every school.

Who You Are

- 4+ years of meaningful experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within the education industry
- Proven track record of selling software into large accounts and achieving personal and team goals
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Experienced in supporting regional sales teams
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
- Excel in maintaining good relationships with partners and clients in the target market

What You Will Be Doing

- Meet prospective customers, understand their needs and give customized product demonstrations
- Support leads as you progress them through our growth funnel
- Execute targeted & strategic outbound activity including cold calls and email follow-ups to reach key growth milestones
- Attend conferences and roadshows to represent Cialfo, organize and lead regional Cialfo events
- Strategize and pilot new initiatives to drive pipeline growth and conversion rates
- Manage email and school databases
- Focus on meeting your individual and team targets

Great To Have

- Passion for the education industry and have relationships/connections with schools
- Experienced with asynchronous teams. We live, talk, and type all over the world
- Ability to build and grow regional sales/business development teams
- An in-depth understanding of the educational technology landscape
- Prepared to travel to 2nd and 3rd tier Chinese cities to meet clients
- Resilience and resourcefulness
