The role:

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive global growth of the company and take ownership of all marketing-related activities to drive this growth. Chronomics is leading a health revolution and this person will play a critical role in bringing this revolution to the world. This person will lead our B2C team and provide functional support to our B2B2C sales team. They will play a huge role in defining how we drive the product and company forwards.

As an early stage company, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the growth of the business and will be expected to be personally driving growth as well as orchestrating it. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Accountability for achieving B2C targets.
- Driving a focused and dynamic growth marketing plan to build brand recognition and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and develop robust digital B2C sales channel, driving engagement and building conversion to drive down CPA.
- Responsibility for ensuring a data and analytics focus to growth.
- Working with the company at large to ensure growth objectives are being met.
- Drive performance marketing via PPC, affiliate, display, social and more.
- Grow B2B channel opportunities through lead generation and retention.
- Responsible for B2B product and sales collateral.
- Develop a content led growth marketing strategy, to reduce reliance on paid sources of traffic and improve our SEO.
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, working with agencies, media companies as required.
- Identify and engage in business development opportunities with potential marketing partners.
- Grow company coverage with press, social, video and other campaigns.
- Champion overall brand and comms.
- Develop and grow marketing team.
- Play a key role in shaping overall company strategy.

Essential Skills:

- At least 7 years’ experience in consumer marketing, both digital and above the line, as well as strategic company development.
- Experience executing and managing multi-pronged marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, social marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, public relation, digital relationships, affiliate marketing and marketing partnerships.
- Track record of driving a marketing team to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Highly organised, focused and disciplined with a strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Effective writing and presentation skills.
- Top analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a tight knit senior leadership team that support each other and collaborate closely to deliver excellent results whilst curating a great company culture.
- A leader with a humble curiosity to learn and grow as an individual and as part of a team.
- Enjoys challenge and considers conflict to be an opportunity.
- Natural communicator, sociable, and dynamic, bonds easily with others.
- Ambitious, driven to succeed, exceed targets and wants to grow with the company.
