Founding Team Member - Leader - Software Architect - Data Analytics - Software Programmer

We are a startup dealing in Data Analytics, we have a vision to provide data analytics to every small business every smallest of the outlet to the big players for 1/10th of what they are spending on analytics with big10 analytics giants like MuSigma, Fractal or even provide services next to free (for getting small businesses into mainstream giving an equal and fair opportunity to everyone), this model will create an excellent competition which will lead to hyper personalization and awesome customer experience over a period of time. Data analytics helps a firm to serve a customer better, and we believe serving a customer better should never be expensive. We are backed by Accel Ventures.

We are looking for a founding team member who can understand all the aspects of Data analytics, an excellent software programmer with a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals with good understanding of architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, scalability and availability.

Requirements

- Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science from IIT / BITS / IIIT-H

- Minimum work experience : 2 years

- Hands on working experience on android and iOS

- Strong in backend programming languages (C#, JAVA, Python, NodeJS, Django)

- Strong in frontend programming languages (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrp, Javascript, Jquery)

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL DB

- Understand and operate in a Hadoop/S3 based environment

- Should have hands on development experience using Big Data eco system components like: Spark, Hive, Impala, HBase, Sqoop, Oozie etc

- Key contributor to product design / technical architecture

- Taking responsibility and converting architecture and feature into code

- Ability to architect scalable and performance oriented solutions based on the requirements

- Loves to work in a startup environment, learn quickly and take leadership
