Chefling Inc is is seeking an exceptional individual to drive business development. This job requires high levels of creativity and strategic thinking, with a global mindset, as you'll be responsible for developing and executing Chefling product partnerships on a worldwide basis. We also expect you to define various strategies for different verticals and geographies if needed, deep dive into needs of the partners across the entire value chain (aggregators, integration partners) and deliver these insights back to product and marketing teams to support their decision-making process on product and go to market strategies. You should be as comfortable pitching and negotiating deals with partners as working cross-functionally with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to negotiate and launch partnerships that meet the strategic objectives of Chefling Inc.
The Business Development Manager will drive strategic partner acquisition and revenue by identifying and cultivating relationships with C-level executives in the CPG and Consumer Centric Businesses.


Work as part of a cross-functional project development team to increase through creating a robust sales funnel, maintain revenue and quota.

Use insights to develop sound, fact-based marketing strategies to drive incremental ROI against business objectives.

Partner with channels to develop omni-channel communication programs and measurement/testing plans stemming from the strategy.

Quantify the business impact of the programs developed and continue to enhance performance over time.

Working with product and engineering, develop new strategies and opportunities.

Develop a broad range of relationships across the industry with third parties for future roadmap prospects.

Analyze the industry/competitive landscape and stay abreast of new industry trends.

Developing partnerships with CPG companies and Home Appliance Companies.

Travel Required


Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience in technology companies structuring and negotiating agreements with third parties for the development and launch of global services.

Collaboration and relationship-building experience.

Communication and presentation experience.

Proven track record of initiating, and launching and driving new business opportunities at a global scale.

Experience thinking strategically about issues and developing strategies, leading to recommendations and action plans.

Business experience to tackle issues in an integrated fashion (e.g. markets, competition, business models, operations, organization).

Both B2C and B2B product experience.

Preferred Qualification:

MBA, engineering.

Experience in mobile and software licensing in a combination of roles – business development, partnerships, and/or product management.

Prior experience managing, developing, and growing individual contributors.
