About the Role

We are actively looking for a talented Learning & Development Associate to join our growing People Development team. Passionate about employee learning and development, you will play a key role in unlocking the potential of the Checkout.com team.

Reporting into the People Development Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders all across the business to coordinate and execute learning experiences throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

To thrive in this role, you must be highly organised, data driven and have a natural desire to help others reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training: end-to-end administrative and coordination duties for internal and external training
  • Platforms: end-to-end administration of LMS and e-learning platforms
  • Process: end-to-end administrative duties for requesting and approving training
  • Content : creating and curating online content for training purposes
  • Documentation: creating supportive documentation for employees to encourage learning, best practice and compliance
  • Development weeks : coordinating and organising department wide training weeks
  • Data: collecting and analysing data on skill gaps
  • Hackathons: coordinating and organising hackathons
  • Reporting: reporting duties on all things within the people development team

About you

  • 1+ year in a People/HR role, preferably focused on L&D
  • Tech savvy with a keen interest for anything HR Tech & Systems
  • Strong organisational skills with effective prioritisation and ability to work independently
  • Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team
  • Process-driven, always looking for ways to optimize the day-to-day
  • Thought partner, demonstrate good balance of emotional intelligence with pragmatic judgement
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships and interact with all levels of management
  • Fluent in English
