Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join us in our London office. You will be the main driver of our Sales efforts and be instrumental in making CFTE the number one choice for Fintech education and training.

What You Will Be Doing:
Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and KPI’s for our Corporate Segment
Creating scalable business processes, implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the sales department
Creating and ensuring we have an effective training programme for sales team, and at the same creating the right environment for sales team/ sales people to succeed
Contributing to the company's overall strategy
Leading by example: showing the team how best to sell over the chat platform, the phone, and meetings
Giving feedback to the product development team and marketing team to improve
Providing key sales data for business leadership (reporting)

Qualities and requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a sales Manager or 3+ years in senior sales roles
Highly motivated sales professional and manager
Successful track record of hitting sales/ revenue targets
Proven ability of building a sales team, hands-on leadership and management experience
Experience in both B2B and B2C context, and in selling over internet chat rooms, and telephone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive can-do attitude, ready to hit the ground running and be flexible to respond quickly to new situations
Very organised, but also business-oriented

You will also be exposed to the Startup ecosystems in Europe and Asia. And participate to the construction of an ecosystem of exceptional people and organizations.
Finally, you will be joining us at our working space in Level39, with an exceptional view on London.
