In this role you will develop relationships and business through outreach, networking, and partnerships. An important part of the role is educating clients about our product set and advising them on financing strategies and solutions. The objectives and compensation model for this role are tied to loan production and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

•Develop client relationships
•Qualify leads and financing requests
•Network with real estate investors (e.g., by attending local events)
•Advise and educate clients about real estate financing
•Build and strengthen personal and company brand
•Provide “on the ground” market intelligence

Additional Responsibilities

•Serve as a first line of defense in managing risk
•Partner with internal teams to deliver financing
•Take on marketing initiatives


•Experience in client-facing roles
•Knowledge of real estate and finance
•Bonus points for experience investing in real estate
•Financial savvy (e.g., can prepare accurate analysis and present financial scenarios)
•Proficiency with MS Excel, Office, and Google Suite
