Customer Success Intern$23k – $24k
Cerkl is seeking a dragon slayer to join our roster of engagement enthusiasts. Ideal candidate would be driven, curious, enjoy solving problems, flexible, and excited to learn.
You would spend the internship learning from our knowledgeable, helpful, and kick-ass Customer Success team. You would work closely with our company leaders to create, execute, and refine processes to satisfy and delight our customers.
Some projects you would be working on during your time with us:
- Preparing for new client launches
- Analyzing current client's insights & metrics
- Identify successful customers
- Overall process improvement
- Standardize data collection
- Develop customer relations
- Communicate new feature releases
- Support customer questions and feedback
- Build a brand specifically for Cerkl's Customer Success
You will leave with a better understanding of all aspects of growing a company and culture (plus a really solid line on your resume). And yes, it's paid.
