Cerkl is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to manage and delight our enterprise customers while helping the Customer Success team develop sustained scalability.

As a part of our Customer Success Team, the Customer Success Account Manager would be responsible for a portfolio enterprise customers. S/he will help guide each customer through the implementation process and provide ongoing success.

Specific account management responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Hosting regular calls and/or in person meetings with high priority clients
  • Managing launch and account success
  • Lead minor product changes working with design & tech teams
  • Communicate UX/UI changes to current customers & internal teams
  • Cultivate and tend long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work with Cerkl's Development teams to solve client configuration issues
  • Track all customer communications and progress
  • Understand the ‘why’ behind a customer's specific needs/wants and communicate effectively to internal teams
  • Develop and share best practices across clients
  • Feed the Sales, Marketing, Development and Product teams useful customer-facing success stories, information, data, insights and knowledge
  • Identifying the must-have experience that keeps customers coming back and making sure new/future users experience this same level of success
  • Host monthly webinars pertaining to best practices, new feature releases and basic usage of Cerkl 101
