Saving energy while filtering water

The Cerahelix picofiltration technology reduces the water and carbon footprint of the food and beverage industry.
Cerahelix ceramic picofilters treat wastewater for re-use, recovering 97% of the water while using 30% less energy than conventional treatment. Food and beverage producers generate high load wastewater that is costly to discharge. Treating and re-using their wastewater on site saves money and provides them a way to increase production without increasing their water footprint.
- Our filters enable treatment solutions at 40% lower capex due to fewer pretreatment stages
- Our filters work at 20-30% lower opex in a smaller footprint
- Our filters provide more “uptime” due to lower tendency to foul and ability to be cleaned in place
