Your role will be to lead, manage and develop people towards reaching both their career goals and business objectives. This will mean ensuring the right environment is provided through, amongst other things, consistent clarity, innovation and best practices. 𝗔𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

Leading, coaching and mentoring a number of teams
Recruitment and capacity management for the teams
Conduct talent reviews, provide feedback and give input to the performance management process
Working closely with People Business and Talent Acquisition Partners to guarantee alignment with Casumo culture and values
Facilitating the process for career progression to ensure both personal and business objectives are met at individual levels
Building and maintaining an environment which empowers talent within their area of responsibility
Supporting the talent with learning and personal development
Actively participate and improve the process of onboarding
Recognising and celebrating achievements
Actively contributing to smart budgeting, forecasting and analysis
Actively contributing to continuously improving Engineering at Casumo and managing change
Facilitating and actively advocating collaboration and communication internally within Tech and external to Tech
Working closely with other leads within the business to ensure consistency and smooth delivery
Actively contributing to OKR processes to facilitate, execute and carry out the overall company strategy and how it translates into Engineering
Ensuring that the business priorities and general direction are understood by all
Monitoring, measuring, analysing the teams' performance and quality of deliveries
Creating, maintaining and governing tech processes, such as development, QA, Change management, etc.
Promoting and ensuring high-quality standards in all things documentation
